i would pick yoga because i think that it is just so relaxing if u know ow to bend the right way i do yoga every day and night to stay in shape because i don't play many sports so yoga pretty much covers it.

Definitely Pilates. I did it after my second pregnancy...I went from 210 pounds to 115 pounds. It shapes your body beautifully. You have to stick with it though. I did it 4x's a week.

it depends what your goals are... what do you want to get out of it? pilates is better for a workout (weight loss, cardiovascular health, & muscle strength), yoga is better for meditation and stretching.
