Every human has two sets of 23 chromosomes XY this equals 46 chromosomes total. Different races, believe it or not are virtually the same genetically.
People have the same chromosomes with different gene traits written on them like hair, eye, skin color. Only variations of the same genes in the same chromosomes.

Men have X and Y chromosomes women have X and X chromosomes, so men and women have different chromosomes.

I think you would first have to determine what you mean by race. Empires have expanded through Europe, Asia and Africa and the soldiers and conquerers intermingled with the local populations. I doubt that you're going to find any pure races.

Especially in the United States, where "passing" has been going on from the beginning.

But if you do find any verifiable differences with some rare pure race, I'd like to see it posted.

No.

Regardless of race, all males have an X and Y chromosome, whereas females have 2 X chromosomes.

That's what differentiates men from women!
