My condolences to you! It is not easy to lose something you wanted so much. I fought to keep my first pregnancy and lost.
Your period should come again about when it regularly came. Did you have to have a DNC?
If you know when your regular menstrual cycle was that's when it should occur in the following month.

I have had 2 miscarriages and my periods came about 4-6 weeks later. I hope you had medical treatment for the miscarraige. If any of the fetus or placeta is still in you, then you could have serious health problems and or infections. Also, you could bleed internally and could cause death. You need to see a doctor and have a D&C done, ASAP!

As for your question, best thing I can suggest is to ask your dr. They would know the answer probably.
