m 26,female.
One month back I had my first ever sex with my fiance. But despite being virgin I dint feel any piercing pain, bleeding etc...though there was pain but i could bear it. And i dint even cry or moan in a way a woman is supposed to do having her first sex.Is this possible tht maybe i had stamina to tolerate the pain and I didnt cry out like other females.
I must tell u that I was always shy about the sex and all and have never done the masteurbation or other things.
But I do rigrous workouts which involves deep strectching, yoga. And two-three times during my workouts,i felt immense pain in my pubic area and also bled a little. Is that possible tht i broke my hymen during that time.

it's very possible that you've broken your hymen prior to having intercourse - a lot of women do (by tampon use, horseback riding or other activities). Keep in mind also that some women only have a small amount of discomfort or bleeding when the hymen is broken, which could be why you didn't notice when it did happen.

as for the pain during sex, be absolutely certain that you are mentally and physically ready for penetration before it happens...a lack of lubrication can cause pain as can a lack of foreplay (as this gets the vagina 'prepped' for intercourse).

Yes Sweety what you're describing happens more than the blood & pain from a hymen being torn! I'm just saying, from what you say, you probably did break ya hymen while stretching! If it gives ya pain, try doing it another way! Good luck, Hun!

The hymen can break on its own accord and yes exercise can break it - as well as tampon usage. As well, it is not uncommon for the body to absorb the hymen as you mature. So, yes you could have had your first experience without the normal signs of bleeding or discomfort.

I didn't have any bleeding or sharp pain either. I don't remember my hymen being broken at any given time. I remember reading someplace that it can just disolve over time.

your hymen may have been broken earlier, no pain mean your partner is good in sex and the effective foreplay also reduces your pain

yes.. my girlfriend didn't also bleed when we had our first night... be calm and talk to your fiance he might have doubts and you need to make it clear to him that this is your first time, and he is the first one....
