Hi guys i'm Male, 6ft tall, 17yrs old and weigh 280lbs. I have a big frame and pretty strong, but i am very very fat and want to lower my fat % alot!.
I would be happy to lose 70-100 pounds, but weight doesn't entirely matter as i'm weight lifting everyday so i can't really expect a bigger loss in pounds if i were just doing cardio right?
I consume 1500-2000 calories a day.
Drink 6-8 Pints of water a day.
Eat 1-2 Apples a day replacing any snack crap.
never eat after 6pm.
I do 1,5 hours of the exercise bike in the morning and then another 1.5 hours in the afternoon. Then later on in the afternoon i do 300-400 reps with 2x10lbs dumbells.
Just wondering how many calories a day could i be burning, am i doing enough and what weight should i aim for considering i'm doing weight lifting aswell as cardio.
