Hi guys i'm Male, 6ft tall, 17yrs old and weigh 280lbs. I have a big frame and pretty strong, but i am very very fat and want to lower my fat % alot!.

I would be happy to lose 70-100 pounds, but weight doesn't entirely matter as i'm weight lifting everyday so i can't really expect a bigger loss in pounds if i were just doing cardio right?

I consume 1500-2000 calories a day.
Drink 6-8 Pints of water a day.
Eat 1-2 Apples a day replacing any snack crap.
never eat after 6pm.
I do 1,5 hours of the exercise bike in the morning and then another 1.5 hours in the afternoon. Then later on in the afternoon i do 300-400 reps with 2x10lbs dumbells.

Just wondering how many calories a day could i be burning, am i doing enough and what weight should i aim for considering i'm doing weight lifting aswell as cardio.

ok, to get into form , accelerate your metabolism, rid your self of extra pollutants to your blood or fats to drop some weight ,,,,,do as follows: Stop ingesting & smoking (in case you do that most of the time) consume end result & greens all you'll (purchase a meals/rice steamer to make it convenient on you)...(greens would now not appear "tasty", like junk meals, in the beginning,,, however can also be as you aquire your style to them..and are loaded with power and vitamins and minerals)...prevent all junk meals, cokes, goodies, and so forth...and drink water . If you consume meat ,,use best steamed, baking or grilled approaches for getting ready fish or chook. additionally, do an hour of strolling every day no less than. or a few variety of excercise. * you will have to lose approximately 10 lbs per 30 days

i'd have to say you are doing way too much exercise.
When you exercise, especially cardio type, too much, your body produces stress hormones which can then begin to break down your muscle. Overtraining can result in you losing muscle and keeping the fat, as your metabolism begins to suffer.
As you are 17 and still growing I wouldnt get too concerned about weight. These things tend to balance themselves out after a bit. But it would be a good idea to see a nutritionist or a trainer for some good help and advice.

Are you trying to lose weight or fat?? Because your question suggests both.

If you're trying to lower your body fat percentage, then it sounds like you're doing a decent job.

If you're trying to lose weight itself you're going to have a tough time. As you lose fat you'll be building muscle from all your weightlifting. In the end your figure may slim down and shape up. But your weight might not change or may increase due to the fact that muscle weighs more than fat.

Your best bet for expert advice is to talk with a personal trainer and tell them your aims and goals. They should be able to set you up with a regimen to fulfull your needs.

The way you have been taught to eat is responsible for making obesity the number one health problem in the world (according to Atlantic Monthly magazine) replacing hunger and infectious disease. You need to re-learn how to eat so you can become thin. Not a diet, but diet lifestyle.

Find out about fastest way to lose weight, gradual ways to lose weight, most effective exercise and anti-water. Lose bodyfat and retained water which also makes you a lot fatter (bloated). Most important-- make sure to read the last "fat loss tip", first before anything else, to see the number one food that causes Americans to be fat.
