My kidney, heart, thyroid and blood tests are normal. my weight is 30kgs more than normal. Colour doplor blood circulation report of both the legs are also normal. Please suggest / advice.

If your circulation is normal in the legs, it does not appear to be a physical condition.

I assume you mean from "nerve endings":, the toes.

You may be wearing ill fitting shoes.

If you are purchasing shoes and requesting the size and not having your feet properly measured, have them measured.

Unfortunately, self service is the norm these days, and measuring is lost. Two things must be considered. Everyone has one foot a bit smaller that the other. Can be left or right. If the shoe is fitted only on the smaller foot, ??????????

With most shoes coming from China today, one does not have the broad choice of sizes that were available when the US made most shoes.
If one has a narrow foot these days, one generally will buy shoes "short" in order to feel "fitted".

Check your fit.

rightly said above, size and fitting of shoes must be checked.. still if the problem persists.. here is simple yoga exercises.. i had suggested few days ...sit down on flat surface.. legs stretched forward.. both hands at the back resting on the ground.. that will make you slightly bend backwards {not straight back}.. join both your feet together. bend your toes and straighten them at least 30 times.{2} in the same position, bend both your feet together from ankle ,count up to7 and gently bring them up and towards u, again count up to 7.. u have to give mild pressure in both positions...do this 5- times, twice a day ... third exercise is in the same posture.. bend your feet together and rotate them gently clockwise 5 times and then anticlockwise 5 times .. do this for few months you will be happy with the result... continue for years.. yoga is not at all harmful ..
