I use to getup and sit while I sleep then by sitting only I sleeps and after sometimes I will again lay down on bed and will sleep this continues whole night, I do smoke also. Please make me know what should I do to get remeddy from it

my friend has kaiser (full coverage) he's thinking about having the gastric bypass surgery, does anyone know if kaiser covers it? and if not do you know how much it is. i heard that if your 100pds or more over weight they cover it.
