Fish, eat lots of oily fish like cod and salmon. In case you want something like a supplement, go to a health food store. There are a lot of omega 3 oils that you can also take either in capsule or liquid form. You can also try flaxseed oil.

Best is to get it from food, eat fish. If you can take cod liver oil capsules daily. They're a good source of omega 3.

besides oils from fish fish, you can try to get your hands on flax seed (which is good in bread or on your cereal), free range chicken eggs, krill (a shrimp type thing), milk and cheese from grass fed cows.
