The only real way to know is a DNA test.
You could try asking your wife though.
What reason do you have to think that it might not be yours? Has she been messing round in the past?
I don't know your situation, but all I can say is, that being pregnant is a strain enough anyway, without worrying about your husband going paranoid on you - if you are actually going to bring this subject up with her, do you have good reason to do so?

If you love each other and you have faith in your wife then question does not arise.However since you have ask this question on net then it is our solution to have a DNA test which will prove the father of the baby.

Technically a DNA test can prove paternity.
If you need to ask then maybe its time you talked with your wife, there seems to be an issue here.
Try asking her...

do u think she has been cheating on you. if u do, when the baby is born take a paternity test. if u do take the test, be sure not to tell your wife, if the child is yours, she might have a problem
