Actually it can be both helpful and can reduce stress; but it must be done professionally.

Been around for a long while, and not restricted to 'Western' medicine.

Especially relevant nowadays since a lot of the food we eat is processed and contains chemicals and so on that stay in our bodies. So having them flushed out is not a bad idea.

A friend of mine, a cancer survivor, swears by eating right (only fresh fruits and vegetables) and having enemas. So I don't think it's bad for your health.

Personally I don't have the guts to do that, I take some pills that help me clear my intestines and help me absorb nutrition better, but if you have the guts for colonic irrigation, then go ahead.

In my nursing young babies i did many a colonic irrigation in those days we known because it a bowel wash out at your service gart pmlrof If i had £a million for each physique i did i could be a millionaress lol I doubt it may draw many despite if purely for 5 minutes to work out what's exchange into all approximately then the vast swap off you need to chortle at Siavash he's attainable guy lol

dangerous snake oil treatment! Your body needs to have certain flora in the intestinal tract, it needs a certain amount of mucous and colonic irrigation will disrupt both of these. dont do it

an ex gf used to do this, said she lost 8 pounds in weight each time, which worried me more than it should!
