Whenevr there is change in weather, he catch up cold easily.

Does he have diabetes or some related health condition?

Lots of things can help improve his immmune system. Good natural food, plenty of sleep and rest. being happy and well adjusted helps too.

Is he under any special stress? best to get rid of stress.

It's his diet. This is normal for people who believe in the Standard American Diet (SAD). This is contributed to animal consumption and the by-products therein.
