my problem is bad at night and is very hard to deal with

biting or a sting? thos are 2 very diff things to get confused...if u have a stinging pain in ur feet then u could have gout, u say its bad at nite, thats usually when gout is at its worse....id go see a doc anyway to know for sure

i also recommend you go to the doctor if: 1-painfull, 2-has a black dot in the middle 3-has a red line coming out of it...if it just itches like mad...try a baking soda paste or toothpaste and take benedryl...

See a doctor. You may have neuropothy. A nerve connectivity study can tell them what is wrong and how to fix it.
