i have like, 3 weeks to lose 8 pounds... if i excersize for about 2 hours a day, do you think i will make it? oh and if i have only vegies and fruits and water and baked patato(with nothing on it lol). my plan is to do DDR on heavy mode for 2 hours or even 3. will i make it? oh and if u know any more tips and suggestions please tell

I am looking for free dental care I have no insurance and only have $400 a month income. Can anyone HELP I am in pain and can't find any help in Austin TX. Believe it or not I'm not poor enough to get State help. I don't live in a shelter, I live with friends, so ARCh can't help. Any Help would be appreciated.

I stopped believing dentists cure cavities, and started to think cavities cure themselves. Given you stick to one decent brand of toothpaste three times a day, mouthwash and good food without too much sugar - the coating on your teeth will remain strong, cavities might appear and disappear..
My teeth look excellent, but my last dentist appointment was in the year 2000. So.. DO you still believe, or is it a money spindling scam?

my boyfriend has intimacy issues. He is 24. He comes from a family in that his parents are still living together yet they should be divorced. His parents sleep in different beds. He once told me that he thinks he has intimacy issues. He is not a touchy feely guy, whever i talk with him about intimate stuff, he needs to sit away or the other end of the bed or couch. He smokes pot (only once in a while) but claims he gets better orgasms through that. Well deep down i feel that he wants intimacy but dosn't know what to do. He sometimes cuddles with me, he did say he loved me once , but only when drunk. Last night, he smoke pot, but only very little. That night he showed affection toward me like no other time, it was very nice. Is it possible this man loves me, but just can't admit it as he has such issues dealing with feelings. Ive been datin g him 6 months, im also 24. Although he is loud and wild with his friends, he is opposite with me. Any opinions?

When giving presentation or speaking up in class, I'm too quiet, my hands shake, and grows cold. My heart pounds and I forget everything I was going to say. When I finally sit down, I forget completely what I had just said. The best way to describe it is that I blank out.

It’s kind of scary because I can’t remember at all! I don’t remember anything and I have to ask my friends what I said and what the teacher had said to me.
