everyones eyes has one slightly smaller eye than the other one.

Maybe one eyeball is slightly smaller or larger than the other. This is nothing unusual nor anything to be worried about. Almost everyone has one arm which is larger than the other, one foot larger than the other, one hand larger then the other, and some organs similarly mismatched. So much for bilateral symmetry.

Hard to say based on this information though it might have to apply to the pressure being used and the nerve endings in the eye in how the body responds.
