People grow (in height) until they are approximately 21. After that, there is not much that can be done.
Growth of the human body is caused by the release of hormones, which can naturally be influenced on a healthy and safe way.
WHAT TO DO
- Get at least 7-8 hours sleep a day. During sleep several hormones are released. It is proven that you grow while you sleep.
- Consume vitamins. Vitamin D and calcium are responsible for maturing your bones.
- Practice a healthy amount of sports, but don't overdo it.
That's about it. There is not much that can be done. The growth of a person is partically defined by genetics and the release of hormones. Every body is different and hence there will always be differences in size.
Besides, you wouldn't want to pay for anything that makes you grow. Things such as Hormone Replacement Therapy can have severe consequences for the body.

get some buckets of sand and put them on your feet while you hang from a tree limb....that should streatch u out a bit

how old are you....if you are young you'll gain a few more inches i'm sure, if you are not growing anymore, don't sweat it, short girls are hot
