I took her to the dentist today and she refferred me to a pediodontist. But she can't be seen until tomorrow at 8:30 am. I know her new teeth will grow when she is 8, but what about the huge hole in her mouth reight now?!??

Probably not. Putting a tooth in milk can usually only preserve it for a couple of hours and should be used only as a way to transport to the tooth to the dentist if the child can not keep it in their mouth on the way there.

You should definitely contact your dentist and possibly take her to see a doctor to make sure she received no other damage.

this happened to my daughter when she was 8 month old she knock herself on a stoller and knocked both her new bottom teeth out the emergency dentist said they can be put back in but it was not worth is as new ones will grow in in 5 to 7 years (my daughters came back at 6 years old and they didn`t even hurt her she said and they came staight in perfectly) i understand how worried you are as i went though is too ( i had to rush home from work call the nurses registry and go in to the dentist on call) she looked like a hockey play for a few years but she turned out fine

Unlikely. I'm not a dentist, so don't hold me to that. But, I have been through what you're describing. I lost one of my front teeth at age 2 in a horrible hammock accident (lol), and didn't have another grow in until age 6.

I really don't think so, ask your dentist. But rest assured, she will grow another one, but not for a couple of years. Maybe your dentist can replace it if it hasnt been out too long or isnt broken.

They will not reimplant the baby tooth as this can damage the underlying developing adult tooth. There is not much that can be done about the gap that she has.
