I think that I may have started my period . This morning I found a little blood in my panties and a little more when I peed. I got a pad but I have not had any more blood since then, it has been almost a whole day. Is this normal. Did I really start? It does not itch, smell, or burn so I am pretty sure that I am not sick. Also I am verry tiny (even though I eat alot) I am 15 and weigh 90lbs, could this have anything to do with it? Please help me I am so confused.

My dad has been in the hospital for a week. He had a stroke, he has a mechanical valve that's been in there for 5 years.

Until yesterday he had responses on his right side and could squeeze your hand but couldnt talk. He is on a ventilator bc he can't breathe on his own (ppl are on ventilators for wks right? and they come out of it?) and today they had to put a tube in one of his intestines to suck out stuff bc it wasn't passing.

3 options:
Have the valve replaced. 1 Dr doesnt want to do it (neurologist), the other 2 Drs don't know yet. At any time, and during the surgery especially.. the infected valve could break off again and go to head causing another stroke. He also isn't that strong.

OR: put a trach in him but then they couldn't do the surgery which would be high risk of another infection and could be fatal as well.

OR: take him off the ventilator which would be fatal. The nurse said the Drs will do whatever we want since we know what my dad would want.

My ex-wife was sexually abused as a child. I had no idea what inner turmoil was going on inside of her. She was abused by her grand father at age 5 to 8 . Her mom was abused by the same man. My ex was pergnant married and divorced at 16. Her first husband choked her. Her next boyfriend was scum. Then we met. I was 32 she was 21. We fell in love and were married. Our marrage was great except for a couple of things. She didn't know how to reach orgasm. And she was co-dependent on her family.
We stayed married for 14 years. ! week before our 14th anniversary she tells me she was with someone else. and while he was on top she cried but he wouldn't stop. She didn't know his full name. I went into shock. I tried to control my emotions but I just obsessed about the whole ordeal. The thought of her crying was killing me insi A month later she filed for divorce. What happened to her????? She is so differnt now. She was always a sweet good person and now she is just bitter

Im 511 and weigh barely 127. Im small boned and work out every 2 or 3 days. Im not overdoing it as Im careful and I work out for the small bulk that it gives me. The doctor says Im fine and if I was to gain weight I would look fat because Im small boned. Everyone says I should be a model but I want to gain at LEAST up to 135. Id like to do this with something not high in fat and NO milk products. Whatever it is I would like to do long term and have it in a form of a shake.

When I was born (23 years agos) I had a metal braclet placed on my leg by the doctors in the hospital. When thay took it off the metal had peirsed my skin and left a purple mark. My mother told the doctors and they said it would go away, but it didn't. The thing is that it has grown about 5cm and it hurts most of the time. I want to get it check, but I am afraid of knowing that something is really wrong like having skin cancer or something.
