At one point I was very concerned about the girls sagging, I wore a soft/big sports bra when I slept, I don't think it makes any difference.

I wouldn't recommend wearing it. There is no reason to, and it can be rather uncomfortable. Your skin needs to "breathe".
Also, the oils from your skin will stain your bra if you wear it continuously... it needs to be taken off & washed like any other clothing.

You don't have to. Only nursing mothers (women who are breastfeeding) are advised to wear a bra through the night.

No!!! you wear it all day, so give your chest a break- you sleep 4 8 hours. That's a LONG time

Even though it isn't comfortable, i heard that if you do not wear one while your sleep it will cause your breasts to grow sideways and cause more sagging...but being comfortable is important too so do what you want.

do what ever feels comfortable for you, but sleeping in one sounds pretty uncomfortable to me in the first place
