Its an insult. It usually reffers to a person being afraid of doing some thing, or chickening out. "Hey lets go jump off a cliff" If you said no or didn't want to, then you could be reffereds to as a panzee.

the defintition on my translator is "Hypothetical remedy for all ills or diseases; once sought by the alchemists."
