I AM PREGNANT RIGHT NOW AND I HAVE A LOT OF NAUSEA

I ate wild blueberries (substitute regular fresh blueberries if you cant get wild)

Eating dry toast helps, and small meals that are bland, drinking ginger tea with honey, and drinking catnip or chamomile tea with honey, should help alleviate nausea. Ginger, catnip and chamomile tea bags can usually be found for sale in your local health food store.

Taking vitamin b complex also is a help. Natural vitamin B complex is found in the blueberries, but you may need more if the berries alone don't seem to do the trick.

You can get vit. B complex supplements at your local drug store, health food store, or even wal-mart.

Best wishes.

In the morning (when most nausia usually is) eat a small snack like a cracker or something to avoid the feeling sick, not eating, feeling more sick as you haven't eaten. Ginger also helps a lot. Either sipping ginger tea, or if you can, sucking bits of fresh ginger. If you really can't swallow anything, then try smelling some ginger, it really does help.
Above all, nuasia means you have a very helthy baby as it is the baby trying to make sure you don't eat strong tasting foods (in the past some women took strong tasting foods from the forest that were harmfll to the baby). Perhaps not quite so relavent today but sort of comfoting don't you think.

Ginger Tea!! I started drinking it years ago when I was taking lots of meds. the nausea from those was much worse than I had when I was preganant. I'm preganant now and to this day I still don't have to drink a full cup before I start feeling some kind of relief or all better. Just keep in mind that the stronger u make this tea the less u have to drink & the better you'll feel quicker! And its safe for the baby!
