i have like, 3 weeks to lose 8 pounds... if i excersize for about 2 hours a day, do you think i will make it? oh and if i have only vegies and fruits and water and baked patato(with nothing on it lol). my plan is to do DDR on heavy mode for 2 hours or even 3. will i make it? oh and if u know any more tips and suggestions please tell

i cant have any diet pills. im only 13!!! and dont ask y do i want to lose weight anyway. i just want to be skinny. and dont say that dont b on a diet either lol

Weight loss is attained simply through a caloric deficit (calories in < calories out). Do some basic research on nutrition, learn about the different food groups, macro-nutrients and their place is your diet. A typical healthy diet is based around fruit and vegetables, wholegrain carbohydrates, fish and lean meat, low-fat dairy, and unsaturated fats from nuts and seeds. Spread your food intake throughout the day (6 meals) Cardio and weight training play an important role in weight loss as it helps to reach a caloric deficit. Be careful to not eat too little however, as this can hinder your weight loss just as much as eating too much. Around 1-2lb a week is a healthy weight loss.

Sounds like you should make it and drink lots of water but remember you can't live that way so maybe look into a healthy maintenance plan to stay at the weight you achieve. Have a good one:-)

i think an hour a day will do it... as long as you do some cardio for at least 30 mins... then weights... drink lots of water... if you're trying to loose weight.. keep away from fruits.. because they have a lot of natural sugars... have wheat bread.... nuts for snack... lots of veggies.... no cheese ..... it works!!

get hydroxicut..... its a diet pill.. its cheep and it works! you can get it at ur local drug store.... like CVS or wall mart or target.. .anything like that
