It seems when I try to go to sleep at night I can't. I usually lay in bed, tossing and turning and don't find myself falling asleep until around 3-4 AM... then waking up at 1 PM the next day..

what can I do to help solve this? I often find myself trying to tire myself out to go to bed earlier, and it doesn't work. Or ill lay down at around 10-11 PM..

Cause latley mine is half empty. Why do I get so down sometimes? Other times I just can't wait to get out of bed to start my day. Is this a normal thing? I've never had down days like this before and I'm just a little concerned. I couldn't even tell you what's bothering me. I have no clue.... all I know is I'm sad. Could it be the Change??? I'm only 29. I'm Married 6 yrs and I have a four yr old son. I'm a stay at home mom. I don't know what else to tell you. Just wondering if anyone else feels this way or is it just me?

Did you know that Sleep Apnea is a serious and deadly disease which affects many Americans who aren't even aware of it? The symptoms include snoring, daytime drowsiness/sleepiness, cessation of breathing during sleep, night sweats, morning headaches, loss of concentration and many others. I have lost two friends in the past two years to Sleep Apnea. Both were diagnosed and refused to use their CPAP machines. I was diagnosed in 2000 and use a CPAP every time I sleep.

She thinks this is not normal & is sure the difference in size is due to a large lump. She did experience some sort of boil type growth on the larger breast some 25 years ago when she was about 8 years old. She says she is too frightened to go to the doctor & find out any bad news. A check with her female doctor 5 years ago, said there was nothing wrong, but she didn't have confidence in that doctor. Any advice would be appreciated, together with any links to relevant web sites. Thanks

Have any of you have Medicare Humana Gold Plus for your insurance? If so, are you happy with their services? Do you have HMO or PPO? I am going to be 65 years old in Aug.

Is there another insurance company that is better than Humana?

I am so confused with which Medicare plan I should choose (Advanatge plans vs Gap plans). Thanks so much for helping me be less confused!

Ok, so I've been in a diet for about 1 month now. I've been eating health and exercising like habit now. In 1 month I've lost about 20 pounds. Well this week, I've done nothing out of the usual (expect had 3 cookies, jesus, shoot me!) but certainly that isn't enough for me to gain 1 pound? What happened? Hopefully I can lose it by Monday (it's my next weigh in)

Why did I gain it? Have you gone through something similar?

When they first came, they were intense maybe 2 every 14d. My doc put me on various meds and finally settled on topamax 200mg. They gradually tapped down to 1 every month or so. But again lately, they have become intense once again and the topamax is not longer working. My doc wants to but me on depakote but I'm really afraid, bc I have always thought it was for bi-polar conditions. I have tried several other Rx's with very little success, he thinks the depakote will work. Has anyone heard of this, and does it work. I am 43yr and I know that it's mainly a hormonal issue with my headaches.
