First off, from a medical standpoint that is not a good idea. Your body needs a minimum amount of carbohydrates to end up using your metabolism correctly each day. A very low carb diet, figured out with a diatician, or online by entering your age, weight, etc... for what your minimum requirements are would be much more effective. Foods that have no carbs: veggies, fruits, meats such as chicken pork and beef. Anything that tastes starchy has carbs for the most part.
