No. Water does not contain fat. It also doesn't contain vitamins and sometimes lacks in minerals (although this is determined by the distillation process as well as whether or not there are additives in it).

All-in-all, water is the most pure (hopefully) non-nutritional drink your body will ever need to stay healthy.

No. Water is calorie free, fat free and sugar free. Cold water is actually better for you than drinking warm water. When you drink cold water your body actually burns more calories trying to warm the water to your body's temperature. It's not very many calories, but every calorie counts. So drink up!

no! cold water is better to drink if your dieting because the "cold" makes you feel fuller than if you drink regular room temp. water!
