if you have tried diets and failed. and not into that much exercising. what can you do to lose the wieght you want and are picky about what you eat . also if you hate drinking water. and have a hard time giving up caffenine cause it gives you headaches please give me some suggestions . and diet ideas .

I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia about a year ago. I have 16 of the 18 tender points, and all the **** that comes with fibromyalgia. I have 2 spots that have always hurt me the most, and theyre not on any of the typical tenderspots. Does anyone else have severe tenderspots thats not typical for fibromyalgia? If not, could it be that the diagnosis of my fibromyalgia is wrong???

Ok, so it seems now i have a problem. I am not circumsized. I am clean, i always take care of myself, but i honestly always wondered what women prefer. I have had a couple of girlfriends and none of them ever said anything about it or minded the fact that i was not circumsized. But i just read a thread asking girls what they prefer, and honestly umm...well can i get circumsized? I do clean myself, but still, would have to agree that circumsized would probably be cleaner. I am 24 however....dilemma...

I swear I have paranoia, am I the only one? My mind is always racing with something new that I'm convinced I have. I pretty much keep it to myself but I still think about what I must have all the time. I'll go to the doctor and check something (and it's always confirmed I don't have it... though do I really trust the doctors??) but sure enough, soon after I'll come up with something else I think I might have. I always try to stay away from reading the health Qs on here because they always make me worried and make me question. I just can't help it. Am I alone?

I have had terrible anxiety and I have been on Wellbutrin. I was feeling well for awhile, now I am feeling panicky and very tense again and the doctor prescribed more Wellbutrin. Has anyone taken this drug for anxiety? When I read about it, it seems to be more for depression.

I'm a pretty healthy, unstressed, 14 year old male. When I run my fingers through my hair tightly I can pull out about 30 strands easily. Any idea what is going on? My dad is old and he has a full hed of hair so it can't be genetic. Any ideas? My hair is approx. 2 1/2 inches on top.

I'm 27 years old and for the past several years, sometimes I can feel my heart beat faster or sometimes it seems to be skip a beat. is that a sign of a heart problem? I'm always worried that i'll get a heart attack or stroke but doctors say that i'm too young to get a heart attack.....any advice?

I'm on a diet. I recently bought a weight loss cereal which is actually for men. One of the ingredients is L-carnatine. I ate this cereal a couple of times already, but now I worry wether this product might have a bad effect on my body, considering the male and female body have different hormones and that the product IS for men only(d'OH). About 4 months ago I had this feeling in my chest, like my heart was sinking into me but it only happened every once in awhile.. It's really hard to explain. It didn't hurt but it was weird and a bit uncomfortable.It kinda made me feel like I was losing my breath. My mom took me to the doctor and he said it was probably nothing. About a month later it got a little more intense and was happening more then once a week. It started hurting a little and made me a little sick to my stomach. Now, it is a constant feeling. I feel like someone is grabbing my heart and twisting it. It isn't always real bad but sometimes it gets tearjerking. I am also having alot of headaches recently. I'm only 17 and I have no way to get to a doctor. My parents think I'm overreacting but I'm starting to get really worried. Does anyone have any idea what this could be and what should I do if I can't get my parents to get me to a doctor? Should I even be concerned so much?
