i am 13 and i have a 4 inch. is that 2 small for my age.?

That is about average for your age.
It is worth thinking about your goal size now.
What size do you want to be when you are say 16, 18, 19, or 21?
There are exercises you can start now to maximise your penis development especially at an age when your penis is biologically keen to grow.

I assume you mean erect size, right? Since you're 13, you're probably still going through puberty, and your penis will probably grow. It doesn't matter if you're bigger or smaller than anyone else at your age, because everyone goes through puberty differently.

kind a small one. but take it easy, it'll grow, bigger and bigger. if not, that will be a serious problem.
