wax it might hurt but if you shave it will itch like hell!!
believe me i tried (or u could try nair)i use that on my legs it takes about 5 mins on pubic area

I would go for shaving. I think it is a little more precise, and precision may be what is called for in such a sensitive area. It is also much easier to do. Just takes a little extra time after shaving your legs (I presume that you do this).

Waxing hurts and shaving itches so you will have to pick which you prefer.

wax....yeah it hurts a bit, but it last longer and when it is growing back it doesn't itch
