I have skinny legs, and i am wearing a skirt to a party! How can i make them bigger (more muscular,& wider) in 1 week????

Sorry 1 week is not going to be enough time to really see to much difference.
But if you can get some "Creatine" it will swell your muscles up with water and make you look bigger in less than a week.
No joke, Creatine will add 6-10 pounds to you in 4-6 days, and not make you look fat, it gets stored in your muscle's and holds water there, you look like you lift weights whether you do or not.
Also try doing "squats' to build the muscles in your legs.

You could try eating, but you'll never know exatcly where the extra pounds are going to go. Try working out, doing leg-lifts on a weight machine, jogging, etc... but I doubt you'll see any marked difference in a week's time.

You can increase you muscle tone by working out everyday at least 3 times this will increase the size of your legs. Muscle is where you will look bigger. :)

Try to stretch them a lot. Go to the gym and do strenght training on your legs ride your bike as much as you can eat a lot of protein and drink a lot of natural juices

eat lots of pasta and find a building at least 6 stories high and do the stairs twice, 3 x a day

Takes longer than a week........work out with free weights. Have an instructor show you different exercises. If only I had this problem...he he!

(ps. don't take this advise, you should probably eat some protein and go swimming because swimming is a good resistance exercise)

Eat more protein and do muscle building exercises targetting your legs.
