Okay i have a story for you i found on the internet and now i never have sex during my period but listen to this story...
One day Carla & Degan where walking hom from one of there collge classes and Started holding hands and one thing led to another and they got very very horny, Degan owned an apartment but he shared it with his friend who was about ten years older. They were crazy kids and like most crazy kids they had sex everywhere and since they were worried about waking up Degan's friend, Nathon, they decided to have sex in the bathroom. Carla was having her period and it was heavy! She and Degan where in the bathroom and Carla removed her tampon, flushed it and Carla and Degan started to have sex. Nathon had work early in the morning so to make things even more fair for him they closed the door and kept the lights off. Carla got on top of Degan and They had sex everywhere, in the top on the toilet on top of the sink and all over the place. Than the happy couple noticed it was starting to get wet and at first they thought Carla Squirted but they turned ont he lights and there was blood everywhere, it looked like a scene out of a horror movie. So Carla spent the rest of the night with Degan cleaning the bathroom, Naked, and Carla never had sex on her period agian.
so yeah i gues that can happend

Depends on whether or not you consider getting pregnant the "worst thing". It's rare, but it does happen. If that is not what you mean, then literally making a mess of the bed/floor/whatever is the worst thing that can happen.

I've never heard anything other than it can be foul-smelling, and mess up the sheets. I never heard that a tubal pregnancy can happen that way, but I guess it's worth looking up. I thought tubal pregnancies happened during ovulation, just as regular pregnancies do.

um blood going thru the guys urethra not good if u have hiv or aids and messy to say the least it is your time to be by yourself and rest and just lay off the week for relations.. besides the guys dont like the or wetness and not to mention the odor

Its messy. It might hurt but thats a BIG maybe cause its probably all in their head since there is blood and all. If they arn't all that clean it might smell, if its unprotected your really risking STD or just general infection.

THE WORST THING WOULD BE A TUBAL PREGNANCY. WHERE THE EGG IS IN THE TUBES BECAUSE OF HER PERIOD AND THE SPERM MEETS IT AND IT STARTS DEVELOPING THERE. THIS IS DANGEROUS AND CAN EVEN BE FATAL IN SOME CASES.
