I swear I have paranoia, am I the only one? My mind is always racing with something new that I'm convinced I have. I pretty much keep it to myself but I still think about what I must have all the time. I'll go to the doctor and check something (and it's always confirmed I don't have it... though do I really trust the doctors??) but sure enough, soon after I'll come up with something else I think I might have. I always try to stay away from reading the health Qs on here because they always make me worried and make me question. I just can't help it. Am I alone?

This is called hypochondria and is common. You need to find a doctor who will be willing to build a trusting relationship with you even though you aren't sick. Hopefully, that person can help you believe that you do not have an undiagnosed illness.

http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/001236.htm#Expectations%20(prognosis) says:
"A person suffering from hypochondria is preoccupied with physical health and has an unrealistic fear of serious disease well out of proportion to the actual risk. There is no specific cause of hypochondria, and it occurs in men and women with equal frequency."

My mom watches Opra(the tv show, yes i know i spelt it wrong) a lot, and when she hears about a certain thing thats happened, it automatically could happen to us, time to lock the doors and stay in after dark. so you're not alone but is it healthy to worry about something that probably won't effect you? it will increase your stress level thats for sure, and it might even begin to make you psychosomatic (you beleive you have it so much, that you begin to feel the symtoms, even though you don't have it) but you should certainly trust the doctors, they know what their doing.

sometimes I feel like that. Like they list the symptoms and your like "omg i feel like that too"!!

You should compare yourself to all the symptoms, and if the majority of them apply to you, then it might be so. If it's only a few of the symptoms, most likely nothing is wrong with you. It also depends on the occurrence of the symptoms. Like if it says "chronic migraines" and you only get one once in a while, the most likely that will not apply to you.
