I eat raw fruits and veggies, nuts, eggs, ect but I started exercising and I'm skinny enough, I can't loose any weight. I just want to know how to replace those calories I've lost. I could put dressing on the salad, but don't want to raise my insulin levels.
Oh, also, I don't eat refined grains/ sugars as you don't really need to if you eat raw fruits and veggies anyway because you get enough carbs and you really should be eating more protien than carbs anyway (and they raise your insulin levels decreasing your energy).
