Yes, you definitely can...some vitamins/minerals (within a multivitamin) can cause problems in quantities that are too high. Iron, for example is one of those, and it's found in flintstones. But, it would take a lot of tablets to overdose.

Yes. There is such a thing as vitamin toxicity. Most likely if you take too many you get really sick to your stomach.
So, when it comes to eating lots of Flintstones...yabba-dabba-don't ! Wow, I can't believe how lame that last remark was...scratch that.

you can over dose on any vitamins which if u do u probly need to go see a doctor and if he gives u the ok then u woun't have to take ur vitamin for a long time how about that

Yes, you certainly can.
The vitamins fall into two classes -- water soluble and fat-soluble. The water soluble vitamins are the B vitamins, and vitamin C. The fat-soluble vitamins are A and D.
If you take too much of the water soluble vitamins they will just get pissed out in urine. Overdosing on the fat-soluble vitamins is the real danger. They don't get excreted in urine. They accumulate in the liver and poison you!

im not sure...but omg my dad would make me have those flintstone things EVERY morning before school for 6 years, they are GROSS!!
