I know some one that did it, its a nasty process to go threw but he said it worked and didn't kill him. I would suggest you get all organic products, and make sure you use grade B syrup, the kind you put on pancakes wont work. pick up the original book about this, I believe its called "the master cleanser or something like that, I have it at home, at work now.

I am not overweight but I went on one of Anthony Robbins cleanses and lost about 14 pounds in 10 days. Not exactly healthy to loose weight that fast, but it is what happened to me. He has a whole cleanse kit that is about $300, and it was well worth the money. I feel much better, have better focus, and just feel... Healthy.
Pretty much the diet consists of veggies for 4-7 days... I did it for about 10... Breakfast may be steamed broccoli with lemon juice on it... an avocado sandwich on spelt bread... etc.
You should try it.
As far as the lemonade diet... I must say it sounds more like a fast to me... I prefer to eat... plus if you eat a bunch of veggies (roughage) trust me your colon is going to get a nice cleanse.
Hope this helped you.

i tried the lemonade cleanse. I didn't keep it up though because i made the mistake of trying to start it during finals week.. not a good idea.. a good friend of mine did it for almost 2 weeks however. he lost like 15 pounds and felt great! The only thing i can say from the few days that i used it... it makes you poop alot.. and its more like diarhea.. and the cayenne pepper and lemon juice make it really acidic so it can start to burn a little.. but if you want to do the cleanse, i'm sure it's worth it. another cleanse is the grape cleanse.. where you only eat grapes and drink water. i had an instructor who did that one and it has similar side affects, but less acid so less burning.. plus it feels like you are eating..

Do not do the salt water cleanse. It is dangerous. I tried it once and felt very sick. The way it works is that much salt is poisonous and can kill you, if it were digested. So the body just sends most of it thru so it comes out your behind.
Regular enemas are safe. I have done the lemonaide fast or diet. Almost all your benefits come from not eating anything not from the lemonaide ingredients. But if you rather do that (fast with lemonaide) than just drink water you will get the same benefits of fasting. I do fasts with only water. See this site to see what 8 MDs say about fasting.

Yes, but it's better to do a juice fast or a combination juice fast with the lemonade fast than just doing the lemonade fast by itself. It will definitely clean out the colon, which will get rid of a lot of problems. Indeed, death begins in the colon.

You are really just looking at a painful and drawn out way to empty your entire digestive tract. The lemon detox/master cleanse diet you are referring to is a calorie deficit program. You will lose weight on this diet. The average adult American has eight meals in their digestive system. Five more than they should. By going on a deficit diet like this you can lose around 10 pounds just by not eating. But it is only the weight of the food in your digestive system. So it does work. but it does not change your size. Pour the soda out of a bottle and the shape of the bottle doesn't change does it? Once you start eating again you just replace all the missing food in the system. The signal these starvation diets send the body is that there is no more food available. The body immediately stores any fat it can and begins to convert muscle and even organ tissue first for fuel instead of the stored fat. Stored fat will be used as a last resort when needed. The complete opposite of what you are trying to accomplish. There is no build up of bad plaque, toxins, or sludge in a normal, reasonably healthy system. If this was the case we would have people dying left and right from malnutrition since their small intestines couldn't absorb nutrients. The majority of the water from food and what we drink is reabsorbed through the colon, if our colons were clogged we would all be walking around looking like sponges right? Detoxing is ridding the system - liver, kidneys, and intestines of toxins both internal and environmental. Our liver and kidneys aren't clogged with toxins. Otherwise we would be dead. The liver does in fact get layered with fat if we become overweight. Additionally, many toxins are stored in our fat cells so in order to truly "detox", you need to lose excess body fat as well. We "cleanse and detox" naturally 24 hours a day through respiration, sweat, liver, and kidneys. We can help by eating a healthy diet with minimal added sugar and salt. Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables, whole grain foods, beans, peas, and brown rice keep a system as healthy as it can be. Minimal alcohol, caffeine, soda. Read food labels. If you can't pronounce it, don't put it in your body. A healthy high fiber diet works every time. Increases the speed and efficiency of the digestive system and helps the body rid itself of both internal and environmental toxins. Cleanses actually flush out the beneficial bacteria and enzymes in the digestive system. Search "gut flora" to learn about the beneficial bacteria we need in our colon. We have more beneficial bacteria in our digestive systems than all the cells in our bodies! Did you know the digestive system is one of the largest contributors to our immune system? They don't tell you about the gas, cramping, and bloating you will experience when you start eating again and the body has to rebuild this bacteria population. Spend your money in the produce department. Good luck.

There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

I'm Anthony. I lost 75 pounds and shed my high school nickname Pudgy. Our family has a tragic history of cardiac disease and rheumatoid arthritis. I am proud to say that family tradition ends with me. I know I have broken the cycle and will never have to be faced with those illnesses. Thank, you have changed my life.
