No. The ONLY proven methods to prevent cancer are to NOT do things that cause it (smoke, drink, have prolonged exposure to UV rays, etc.). There's tons of "theories" and "suggestions" but none are going to save you. You could eat all the broccoli and apple seeds in the world, but if you smoke a carton of cigarettes a day, you're gonna get cancer.

apple seeds actually contain cyanide.....and no they dont prevent cancer...nothing can really.....unless you live in a bubble...but you can try and lessen your chance of getting it by not smoking eating right and exercising...
