I eat raw fruits and veggies, nuts, eggs, ect but I started exercising and I'm skinny enough, I can't loose any weight. I just want to know how to replace those calories I've lost. I could put dressing on the salad, but don't want to raise my insulin levels.

Oh, also, I don't eat refined grains/ sugars as you don't really need to if you eat raw fruits and veggies anyway because you get enough carbs and you really should be eating more protien than carbs anyway (and they raise your insulin levels decreasing your energy).

Avacado's, Nuts (esp raw almonds, or almond butter, pine nuts), olives, peas, coconuts, seeds, etc. will help to keep your weight right where it is.

These raw plant fats do not cause the body to gain weight because they contain the enzyme lipase which is the enzyme that is needed to digest fat. But they will help to keep you at your weight level.

Fat is what you want to be digesting not sugars. Like you say, sugars give you a false sence of energy, because once they are burnt you fall on your face with fatigue. Fats are the best to burn. Also I know someone is going to come on here and tell me... OOHHH FAT IS BAD... there is a differnace between the fat that this person is eating (natural fats) as opposed to cooked fats. When you cook fat it kills the lipase enzyme and thus you gain weight.

See the link below for a caloric chart on veggies

Hope this helps you.

eating any and all protein is good. if your working out then eating nuts and seeds are going to do well for you. you should try eating peanut butter. it helps to stabilize your blood sugar levels. tuna is a really good thing to eat.
sounds like your doing really well with the types of food you are already eating.

Dried fruit, nuts, protein shakes.
Healthy foods, by their very nature, tend to be low in calories.
