Unless you are under the age of 13, you should have at least SOME common sense. And if you are under 13, keep those legs closed or else you'll get an STD before you get a driver's license.

No you can not get pregnant that way. as for the white spots,
that might be pre secretions from you or your boyfriend or after secretions (sperm).
Incidentally, there is a french word for dry humping : FROTTAGE
