The fact that you are asking this question tells me that the medication is not working and you need to get yourself to the nearest ER asap for an eval. If you're not suicidal, you should still seek help.

If you are concerned that you may have accidentally taken too much.. it is very unlikely you have reached a toxic level..

says that you would have to make a huge mistake to accidentally overdose.. something like 10-50 times too much depending on dosage..
if it is intentional.. please get reevaluated by a trained mental health practitoner.. you need much more help than a couple valium can provide.. just walk in to the hospital and ask to speak with a mental health advisor.. one is always available there 24 hours a day 7 days a week..

Why even consider how much of anything would be fatal, when there is so much fun that can be had with the human species, or should I have said, sub-species. Face it, if you can cause havoc, chaos, and decent, and have someone else take the blame. Then it makes life worth living.
