i enjoy before because an orgasm helps relieve cramps and back pain... and nothing eases moodiness like great sex with someone you love

i also enjoy after because my body is getting ready to ovulate so the "good" hormones start up, however, my cervix is always a little sensitive after so it's we usually have to take it a little easier after menstruation.

no sooner than 7 days before, during( if hes up to it, its not gross just use protection if he doesnt like the feeling or thought of blood and use a towel) it feels really wet and slippery and soothes cramps, and up to 11 days after if you are avoiding pregnancy, have fun!! I know i do.

I like it before. Hormone fluctuation always makes me want it more just before it starts, and afterwards, sometimes I still feel gross from all the bleeding and stuff. When all else fails... Do it BOTH times, your man will love it!!
