got really dizzy to the point of vomitting then been very ill for a few weeks also with anaemia and then taken a few months to recover?....I've been off work for over two months now and knowone knows what's wrong - any of you have an educated idea??

I have had anxiety and panic attacks for years. my attacks have always been associated and caused by my feeling of mental anxiety, but lately i have been having panic attacks that are not brought on by anything. i can just be sitting and relaxing and boom, i have all the physical symptoms of an attack. and there is no gradual progression into an attack it just hits me like a ton of bricks. anyone know why why this could be happening? And what i could do to try to identify it and get a grip on it before it gets uncontrollable?

I am fairly small, 4'11 and 96 lbs, I am in okay shap. Whenever I run on the track the soles of my feet always hurt after about .25 of a mile. Is it because I am not using the right running technique. I wear running shoes, so it can't be the shoes. Also, when I try to play basketball, the soles hurt when I run too. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.
