My legs are really toned, but I have fat in my inner thighs and it bothers me when i sit down. What can I do?

So squats thats what i do and it works wonders.. take it from me i am an University Texas Cheerleader... when you are doing them make sure you do them in sets..like do 10-15 squats with 3 sets.

You can't lose fat in just one area but you can tone up. Try doing some toning exercises at the gym that focus on that area.

Women all hate their thighs though. Good luck.

Bend half down on one knee and hold on to dumb bell on both hands. Rotate and change to the other knee.

Or

Put a air rubber ball (size of a basketball) in between your thighs and squeeze 10 times, rest, repeat for 20 times daily.

I have that prob too...grrrrrr. Honestly, I have been very athletic and thin at times of my life and even when I was 100lbs...it was STILL there. It's like no matter what I weigh it sticks there. I am beginning to think it will always be there and I have seen very thin women on tv with the same prob getting lypo there because they can get rid of it too. I am doing Pilate's and such hoping it will at least tone it but I really think I'm stuck with it!!

go on the tred mill or dance but the fastest is dancing as in hard core (like beyoncye,rihanna and sean paul music videos) it really works this is why i am still lovin my inner thighs.good luck.

go on a diet and exercise. it's extremely hard to lose weight in certain areas.. you're probably going to have to just lose weight altogether and eventually it will come off there also

Try yoga and pilates. Both really help to sculpt muscle tone.

My girlfriend had alot of luck with swimming and bike riding.
