I am on a low carb diet and I drink 2-3 beers (Michelob Ultra) about 5 days a week. Could this be halting my weight loss?

I believe there is only one carb per beer right? So I don't think the carbs are the prob. The added calories are more likely to be adding to the weightloss halt. Also I believe that alcohol leads to slower metabolism so I just quit drinkin while on this low-carb diet.

Michelob Ultra is a low carb beer, but you still need to take those carbs into consideration.

are u saying u drink about 15 beers in a week? cuz that can really add up, and, yes, slow your weight loss on a low carb diet. it also depends how long you have been on the low carb diet

absolutely! beer is loaded with bad carbs and calories! if you are serious about losing weight you have to stop drinking beer!

Yes. Stop drinking for two weeks and you'll see your weight go down.
When my stepdad stops drinking at all (one beer every night after work) he loses 10 lbs in two weeks.
