Ive even tried taking benadryl to help me sleep, but nothing is working. Does anyone have any ideas that would help me fall asleep fast and stay asleep?

I work evenings, usually 5pm-1am, and I get home and I can't just go to sleep...I'm normally wired despite how little sleep I got the night before. Does anyone have any tips to get me to drowse up a bit so I can put in a few good hours of sleep before my next shift? I hate going into work still tired :(

Side note: I usually read before bed and that getting me drowsy hasn't been working lately.

Ever since I have had my period I have experienced severe menstrual pain in my lower abdomen pelvic area. What could be causing this? I endure this pain each and every period that I get. I've tried Aleve and Midol and they don't seem 2 work, so are there any other methods 2 stop this chronic pain? Please help :-)

The person in question has suffered from severe shoulder and finger pain for years. Her G P can find no reason for this and just keeps prescibing pain killers. She has asked me as an aricular acupuncturist if I can help. So I was wondering if anyone has had any success with a certain protocol for these symtoms.

For me it is almost like an alcoholic drink & I make sure that I burn the little calories by jogging almost every day. Does carbonated coke reduce bone strength there by leading to arthritis? Please give proper scientific reason why I really get a "kick" after consumption. Caffene?

I cant see anything, but my whole body feels like something is crawling on it including in my hair. I am a clean person and change my sheets regularly, but this does seem to happen at night more than during the day. Any suggestions or answers? This is now keeping me up.
