One is madam, hope you dont sleep during day time, you should keep urself busy during day, so that you can sleep. Anyways, for this time count 1-100 an more concentrating onthe thumb of your right leg. You will be exhausted and falling asleep.

Try not to think a lot. Just relax.You prepare a supper meal that has a cabbage and an apple dessert. Drink milk one hour before going to bed. If you're lacking the religious aspect of your life then try to enhance it.Meditate........

Get in bed, get nice and warm, and concentrate on your breathing. breath in for three and out for three slowly. Try to not think about anything, concentrate on breathing and counting
