Take a step back and loOK at everything- tell yourself that everything is OK...this natural, human feeling might feel bad but it won't kill you. Don't let yourself fall down the black hole of panic...i did for 15 years!
You will be OK, try Batch Rescue drops or spray and remember that you are not alone, everything will be ok.
Try not to drink loads of caffeine and remember that alcohol is a depressant so might make you feel better in short term but will trigger anxiety.Helplines are also good for when you are in the middle of an attack- they can calm you down.
You will be OK xxx

Find out what is triggering the anxiety, and try to deal with it before it gets too bad.Nothing will happen to you,you will allways be ok,you are just a little anxious and it is mind over matter.

Sit in a quiet, comfortable place. Close your eyes, do some deep breathing. Progressively tense then relax your muscles, starting from your toes, going all the way to your head and face.

Exercise - I usually wake up with a knot in my stomach, feeling nervous and worried about who knows what..... it helps to go to the gym and burn off the excess energy.
