There's a new book that came out this week called "The Fat Smashing Diet". I just picked it up and I'm starting it today! It suggests that you eat 4-5 meals a day throughout the day (fruits and veggies and yogurt and oatmeal), and do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5 times a week. This will "detox" your body and give it the wakeup call it needs. You do that for 9 days, and then you can eat normal food again, but still in small incriments 4-5 times a day. Good luck!!!

for a smaller tighter butt sit on the floor and walk around the room on your buns useing the cheeks of your butt in 2 week you will see a change I did in my girfriend butt

Leg presses on the hip sled / hack squat machine.
You want to lift heavy weights.
I've seen people recommend bodybuilding.com as a good website.

squats baby. and they hurt as hell but your butts will shape alright and become firm and tight as well.

what do you want it big or small/ first don't do drugs exercises is the way to go/ i lay on my bed slamming my legs on the bed / making my buttocks giggle/ i mean /after a mouth or so it's pretty hard
