I cant see anything, but my whole body feels like something is crawling on it including in my hair. I am a clean person and change my sheets regularly, but this does seem to happen at night more than during the day. Any suggestions or answers? This is now keeping me up.

maybe it's just your imagination, if not then try to spray all four corners of your bed room with X-ray the bug killer and underneath your bed and make sure your bed room ceiling is all sealed and clean, and don't open the window(s) too much.

There is a study and i cannot remember the name of the disorder and they are not sure if its mental or what but there is something that causes one to think bugs are crawling all over them at times. they dont know to link it with a issue in the brain, a subconcious fear, or a issue with the nerves. im sure more studies will come out on this matter.
