Treatment for Excessive Fat and Weight :-
PHYTOLACCA BERRY's Mother Tincture is perhaps the safest and sure fire way of loosing excessive fat around abdomen. With Phytolacca Berry once you loose the excessive fat and weight you don't get it back because you body takes care of itself after that and keeps you from gathering up excessive fat. It is prescribed after having a baby too, to get the tummy to loose its flab and to make it flatter and tighter. And after loosing weight with this you don't get flabby it tightens up the flab and skin along with helping your body to shed the excessive accumulation of fat around the girth
The dosage is 15 to 20 drops of the tincture in half a cup of hot water thrice a day half hour before or after meals.
Avoid Chocolates, Coffee, Mints, Red Meat and Carbonated and Alcoholic drinks while taking Homeopathic Medicines. You have to take it for at least 30 to 45 days after that you start to feel the results.
To the best of my knowledge its the safest and the most sure fire way of loosing fat and weight and keeping it of for keeps. Excellent remedy for Obese people who cant seem to shed weight despite trying.
Homeopathic Remedies can be found at all Major Herbal Stores or could be bought on line, In most of the world Homeopathic remedies are quite cheap and easy to find and they do not need a prescription.
Take care and God Bless !

There's a new book that came out this week called "The Fat Smashing Diet". I just picked it up and I'm starting it today! It suggests that you eat 4-5 meals a day throughout the day (fruits and veggies and yogurt and oatmeal), and do 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise 5 times a week. This will "detox" your body and give it the wakeup call it needs. You do that for 9 days, and then you can eat normal food again, but still in small incriments 4-5 times a day. Good luck!!!

I am blessed with a large "api-slack" that is the opposite of appetite. I had that problem years ago. First I re-constructed my diet to make sure that I ate more bran/fiber, less starch. The best thing for burning fat, in addition to exercise, is to get a tummy wrap--if you cannot afford one from a health store, buy a plastic that covers your entire waist. Take a wash rag to work with you. From home to your job, as soon as you arrive go to the bathroom and wipe the excess liquid from your waist. Do the same during your lunch hour. Between driving to work, working with the plastic around your waist, within 5 days, you will be surprised how much you burn and sweat off. Reduce carbohydrates-white flour with wheat flour, white bread with wheat bread, replace white noodles with wheat noodles , lots of salads etc.
I am still a good eater, but, what I eat gives me energy instead of accumulating fat.

Only way to reduce excess belly fat is to do sit ups. I recommend 100-150 a day for good results and 150-200 for fast and excellent results. I also recommend 5-6 days a week, not 3-4 days. That will get rid of that fat in no time.

You can lose weight quickly and safely. Without harmful drugs, diet pills or fad diets.
When loosing weight, most of us don't have the time to drastically change our lifestyles. We need a practical and convenient way to integrate effective habits into our daily lives. The following steps are easy and practical ways to get you on the track to loosing weight and feeling better.
1. Drink Water! Water doesn't just help quench your thirst. All metabolic processes within the body utilize H2O and drinking plenty of it helps your body function optimally. It also helps you feel your best---many of the common daily headaches and fatigues we experience can result from a lack of water intake.
2. Eat Breakfast! Many Americans fail to realize the true value of a morning meal. It not only boosts energy for the long day ahead, but keeps your metabolism regulated. Skipping a meal can put the body into "survival mode" which means that it actually begins storing and saving fat as opposed to burning it.
3. Exercise! There is no easy way around it: successful and sustained weight loss requires a commitment to physical activity. The best way to be loyal to physical activity is to work it into each day. Take a small part of each day to go for a walk, do aerobics, do yoga, or whatever other type of activity you enjoy. Mix it up so that you don't get bored with it. Soon, you will not only get used to it, but you will feel better too!
4. Choose Variety! Don't let popular dieting trends fool you: Carbs are good for you too! In fact, carbohydrates are what your brain run on and are very important for proper body functions. Following a high-protein diet over a long period of time can not only cause headaches, but also places considerable stress on the kidney. The important thing is to eat a variety of foods. This includes fruits, vegetables and even carbs. Just remember to be smart about the types of carbs you eat:: whole wheat instead of white.
5. Eat Slowly! We all get in a hurry from time to time, but it is important to take the time to listen to our bodies. Eating quickly doesn't give our bodies time to tell our brains that we have eaten enough. Consequently, we continue eating and are left filling stuffed and bloated. Eating more slowly allows us to recognize when we actually have eaten enough and stop—it also helps us savour and enjoy the food we do eat.
Essential to loosing weight is giving our bodies what they need. This means drinking plenty of water, eating timely and proper meals, staying active, and giving our body the time to tell us when it is full. Our bodies will reward us for our attention.

I'm sure that this may be an old wives' tale but I've heard that eating white bread or similar foods tends to give you a little pouch... so if you are eating these types of food, consider cutting back on them...
Needless to say beer is also not a friend of the 6-pack so that may be something else to cut back on

You really need to do both. Eating habits will reduce your fat intake, but you must exercise to tighten your stomach muscles.
