You'd have to add up all the muscle (red meat) and the organs. Then did you want to factor in the bones & skin? The number depends on the make up of the tissue, there is no set number/pound. Sorry See_n_stars 03 but that is not true.

I have no idea. I would advise against eating the organs - high cholesteral - and nervous tissue has different types of diseases on top of that (Mad COw disease is spread by eating brain and spinal column tissue). That means no more head cheese (thank God!!!!!!).

The Calorie (not calorie) count is determined by the amount of energy released when an object is reduced to ash.

well this question doesnt really make sense. A calorie is another word for energy. But there are 3,500 calories in 1 pound. For example, lets say you need to lose 1 pound, you would have to burn 3500 calories to do so. So Maybe the answer to your question is to multiply your body weight by 3500 and that is how many "calories" make up your body. so if a person weighed 150 lbs, then 150 x 3500 is 525,000.

Technically, a "calorie" is a measure of energy. One calorie is the energy required to raise one ml (millilitre) of water by one degree celcius.
For instance, if you burned a wooden match and used it to heat a 1 ml container of water, and it raised the temp of the water by 10 degrees, that match would have 10 calories.
When it comes to food, fats contain more calories than other foods because fats (oils) can produce more heat if burned.
