lose interest and stop. My problem is I've been working out for about a month and I've taken off maybe 2 days. My muscles dont really hurt,but they ache and my ankle seems to be swollen. Is this normal and what can I do to help it.

Hey. i have a question. my dad has been in the hospital for over 3 months and he was on the pain reliever morphine for almost a month. he is now off of morphine but he seems confused. he will say stuff out of his head and we wondered why he was doing so we asked the doctor and he said it was normal but i was wondering if he would ever get back to his real self and not be confused and talk out of his head. thanks.

I'm not fat nor am i skinny. But I wouldn't mind losing a pound or two. Does anyone know the fastest way to lose weight as soon as possible? I'm unable to go to the gym and it's sorta hard for me to get some good excersise! What indoor activities can i do to help me shed the lbs? I live in a two story house so.. please provide me with health tips, health sites etc.. I really appreciate it! thanks a bunch!!

I am not fat my bmi is normal i am 5'4 1/2 and i weigh 136. But I am so not comfortable. On Aug. 12 I have to go to a swimming thing with all my friends including cute guys. I had sex with this boy that i was just friends with, we were friends for about 6 months but one night things just got a lil hot. I told him to use a condom but he didn't have any, so I like then no we need to just chill out then, but instead he shows me some papers saying that he doesn't have anything that he took a little over a month ago. But 2 months after that happen I end falling in love with this boy that i met and we've been together for going on 5 months now, but our love is really strong everything is perfect, but i go to the doctor for a check up and I find out that the guy that I had sex with gave me a diease I know it was him for a fact but that's a whole nother subject. But really what is really going on is I don't know how to tell the boy that I'm in love with about it, because of being embrass (he might tell his folks), and I'm scared our relationship might be over forever and he might hate me. What would you do and how would you tell him, I really don't know what to do

I have seasonal allergies to tree and grass pollen and ragweed, and they've been really bad this year. I almost always have a sinus headache, and my nose is constantly stuffy and my throat is sometimes sore. I take an over-the-counter medicine, but it doesn't seem to help much. What else can I do?

I was describing it as a shooting numb type of pain it happens in an area of about four inches and it feels no deeper than skin deep. It is located one finger tip up from belly button and over to the left of it about two or three inches. It feels like something is touching it there and applying a slight pressure to it but nothing is there.
